The PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana is a revolutionary scheme by the Government of India, combined with the UP Solar Energy Policy 2022, to make solar energy affordable for every household in Uttar Pradesh.

For the year 2025-2026, residents of UP can avail up to ₹1,08,000 in total subsidies for a 3kW system.

Combined Subsidy Slabs for UP:

• 1 kW System: ₹45,000 (₹30k Center + ₹15k State)
• 2 kW System: ₹90,000 (₹60k Center + ₹30k State)
• 3 kW & Above: ₹1,08,000 (₹78k Center + ₹30k State max)
